Transitional Housing

Provides independent living with a structured program for youth ages 18 and up who are homeless. Assessment includes verification that the potential client is ready to move forward in life by working, going to school, and willing to put themselves on a positive path.

Our case managers work alongside each resident to set goals, secure stable employment or schooling, and build the foundation for lifelong independence — because housing is more than a roof; it's the launchpad for everything that comes next.
